The letter, which is issued in the members name for use by the member, is valid for the duration of your visit and is sent ahead of the member to the host club. These letters are issued to members in good standing only and may be obtained from the Membership Department, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. When visiting a reciprocal club, members must obtain a Letter of Introduction.
